Ensemble Recognized as 2019 Lake Norman Corporate Diversity Champion

September 24, 2019
For the second time, Ensemble has been recognized by the Lake Norman Chamber of Commerce 2019 Diversity Champion as a corporation whose efforts and commitment has made a significant improvement promoting Diversity and Inclusion in the Lake Norman region.

At the heart of Ensemble, we seek to inspire and foster a culture that is rich in diversity and inclusion - understanding that each associate and client carries a unique perspective. Ensemble’s commitment to diversity and inclusion can be seen in the workplace and beyond, and is what enables us to maintain a culture where all associates are inspired to share their passions, talents and ideas. All associates become part of a team that works to best serve the needs of our clients by delivering fresh thinking, innovation and quality service, every day.

Ensemble’s diversity and inclusion efforts stem from an employee-led counsel, Leadership Council for Diversity & Inclusion (LCDI). The council meets regularly to carry out all diversity & inclusion initiatives. They are responsible for educating all new associates through a diversity and inclusion training course, which outlines the importance of these initiatives in the workplace. In addition, the LCDI develops innovative ways to further our business structure. By implementing fresh ideas, such as bilingual services, we are able to reach greater heights than ever before.

Ensemble was also recognized as the Lake Norman Chamber of Commerce Diversity Champion in 2017.
