Shannon White is a senior revenue cycle operations and business development executive with over 25 years of healthcare experience and a proven history of building successful teams and implementing strategies that improve financial performance. She is an effective leader who can coach, motivate and leverage relationships to inspire vision and success.
Prior to joining Ensemble, Shannon served as Vice President of the Shared Services Center for Fort Smith, LLC, a subsidiary of Community Health Systems. She managed the growth of the Service Center from a standalone business office to over 50 facilities operating in nine states. Working with the governor of Arkansas, she negotiated $22 million in rebate programs and economic development incentives for the organization. Under her leadership, her team grew to more than 700 team members. Within Fort Smith, this growth was a tremendous accomplishment and reflective of her organization becoming the employer of choice. Through various cost savings initiatives and efficiency, she improved cost to collect, year over year. She also maintained a cash collection to net revenue percentage of 103% or above annually and led a reduction of net AR days to 53.
